• All land & water transportation as per the itinerary including airport transfers (except shopping, or party time). All transportation would be group transfers, not private.
• 2 Domestic flights (from Hanoi to Da Nang & Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City) with a Check-In baggage allowance of 20 kg and cabin baggage of 7 kg (no meals included in domestic flights).
• Visa cost & service (if your visa gets rejected (1% chance), we’ll refund your entire package amount deducting 3500). You are liable to email the required visa docs to us within 48 hours of booking the trip, or else the above condition doesn’t hold.
• Stay for 8 nights (6 nights in 4-star hotels, 2 nights in 3-star hotels).
• All stays are on a twin-sharing and same-gender basis for solo travelers. Couples will be given private rooms, hence, inform us of the same during booking time.
• Premium day cruise for Halong Bay
• All entry/activity tickets are as per the itinerary except Water Puppet Show (450-1400 INR depending on seat type)
• Bana Hills Entry Ticket, Cable Car, and access to many things in Bana Hills as per the entry ticket

1. The group size will be limited to a maximum of 28 people along with a group leader and a minimum of 5 people along with a group leader.
2. If your passport doesn’t have a surname, extra charges will be applicable. Hence, disclose the same to us before booking your trip.
3. Good vegetarian food is available in Vietnam, but sometimes variety and taste expectations could vary. Please be mentally prepared for it. Although, on our past trips to Vietnam, participants have been extremely happy with the Vietnamese food. They serve a wide variety of veg and non-veg, loaded with a lot of fresh green vegetables and herbs. There are Indian restaurants also.
4. Please note that a very gala lunch option is available at BaNa Hills for roughly 350k VND (~1200 INR). If you like that buffet, you can consider having it.
5. Lunch on Day 8 (Mekong Delta tour) is a part of package and it will be vegetarian for all participants.
6. Please note that it’s a power-packed itinerary where almost every day, the group will depart between 7:30-9 AM and come back to the hotel late evening. Hence, please be mentally prepared.
7. Please make sure that you always have enough cash as card payments may not work everywhere.
8. Our trip package includes a lot of things. Your expense on the trip is going to be minimal. For the meals that ain’t included, local sim, and puppet show, 150 USD is more than enough but we always recommend people carry some extra cash ~300 USD on international trips.
9. You can bring USD for spending and we’ll help you with the conversion to Vietnamese Dong.
10. Please note that the hotel rooms may differ slightly from each other in terms of shape, size & view. If you are traveling with the group, please be mentally prepared.
11. Please note that if you are booking this trip, you need to be flexible with the type of bedding in the rooms. It could be a double bed or twin beds. We host couples and solo travelers both, in a single group, and we try our best to meet everyone’s requirements but availability becomes an issue in all hotels. Hope you understand the same. We won’t be able to entertain any twin/double bed-related issues during the trip.
12. Our hotels in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City are centrally located, in the heart of the touristy area. Hence, the market and all restaurants will be within a few minutes’ walking distance only.
13. When you go to Hanoi Train Street, you have to sit in a cafe to witness the train. Cafe owners usually expect you to order a drink such as coffee, juice, or a beer and they usually cost around 150-200 INR.
14. Group members may be booked on different flights when traveling from Hanoi to Da Nang, as well as from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. We begin booking flights as soon as you confirm your trip. Since participants often book at different times, it may not be possible to secure seats for everyone on the same flight. As a result, there may be some waiting at the airport for fellow group members to arrive.

Please note that the check-in baggage limit for domestic flights within Vietnam is 20 kg, with 7 kg cabin baggage.

• 90-61 days before the trip: 70% refund
• 60-46 days before the trip: 50% refund
• 45-40 days before the trip: 25% refund
• Less than or equal to 39 days before the trip: No Refund

The cancellation policy refund is calculated on the total trip tariff, not on the token amount.
