But the Arctic offers more than just the Northern Lights. We step into the traditions of the indigenous Sami people, whose lives are closely tied to reindeer and snow.

We also visit Teriberka, a tiny village on the edge of the Barents Sea. The Russian e-Visa is included in our package. To process it, we’ll require a clear scanned copy of your passport’s front and last pages, a digital photograph in JPG format, and a few personal details that we’ll request via email. As of now, obtaining a Russian e-Visa is a simple and seamless process for Indian passport holders. However, please note that, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, package prices are valid only for Indian Passport Holders. If you hold a passport of any other nationality, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to booking.

Flights for Russia:
Flights for this tour are not included in the package, but we’re happy to assist you with the bookings. Due to ongoing international sanctions, flights to and from Moscow may not appear on most online travel portals. Currently, Etihad Airways (operating from several Indian cities) and Aeroflot’s direct flights from Delhi are among the best available options. We recommend visiting their official websites to check schedules and fares. We highly recommend carrying your dinner for one night for your igloo stay, from Murmansk, as currently, the cafe/restaurant in the igloo hotel isn’t functional. You can use the cutlery/microwave facility in the igloo hotel. We will guide you more on this while departing from Moscow to Murmansk.
Please expect breakfast to be extremely basic in igloo hotel. As mentioned before, the cafe/restaurant in the igloo hotel isn’t functional, and they bring breakfast from outside. You can bring a few items to pair up with the igloo hotel breakfast to make it more satisfactory for you.
Please note that all vehicles and hotel rooms used in this tour will be heated.
Please note that our igloos are dome houses, which are 30% open sphere (double glass) and 6 meters in diameter.
Igloo facilities include soft beds, a bathroom (hot, cold water, toilet, sink, shower, towels), central heating, an oven, a heated floor, a table, and chairs.
It’s not allowed to eat or drink anything except water inside the vehicle in Russia.
Public toilets could charge from 50-100 INR. Although toilets are free to use in malls and in restaurants for paying customers.
We understand that winter clothing for this trip could be confusing. We recommend you to try lightweight sporty winterwear instead of fashionable stuff. You can explore your options from Wildcraft, Uniqlo, Decathlon, Tripole, Columbia, etc.
You can also bring heat patches/warmers that you can stick inside your gloves, jackets, and shoes to generate more heat. They come with an air-activated design that generates heat within minutes, keeping you warm without electricity or charging.
We highly recommend waterproof, insulated, and anti-skid snow boots for this trip.
